Opportunity
IGA Supermarkets has a network of 1,400 independently owned stores that tailor their ranges to give locals more of what they like. It proudly supports Aussie producers by stocking locally made products. And the store owners actively participate in their local communities, doing whatever they can to help local people, schools, surf clubs or hospitals.
Core Idea
The campaign continues with Aussie favourite, Shane Jacobson, who we now see remarking directly to viewers as he recounts true IGA customer and local supplier stories. The TVCs show how simple it was for a boutique relish producer to get stocked at an IGA and how another store manager hunted down an Irishman’s favourite cheese.
Results
The campaign has only recently gone live, but feedback from the store owners, consumers and client is all positive.
