Opportunity
Commbank is in the process of creating a Sydney metro precinct of new and upgraded workplaces for its agile workforce. One of the key new locations, South Eveleigh, will be home to around 20,000 people within the next year or so.
Our task was to create an integrated internal campaign to inform their team on how to use the facilities within their new tech-enabled workplace.
Core Idea
We created a campaign around the idea of the building itself being ‘happy to help’ the newcomers. To achieve this, we created a series of 15 stills and short animations that each show a face shape being made from different aspects within the building.
The campaign appeared on internal screens, posters, mobile updates, eDMs, intranet and in town hall briefings.
Each execution is used to communicate how staff use an aspect of the new workplace.
Results
The campaign has been executed across the Sydney metro campus buildings and has also been earmarked for a national roll-out across Commbank workplaces.
